Wonders of Creation explores the wonders of our created world though detailed black-and-white illustrations—each one ready to be filled with the hues of your imagination. From amazing Eden-esque gardens to the creatures God made that still ramble through our world, this ninety-six-page book offers hours of coloring inspiration and relaxation for any age.
This book is beautiful the cover starts off beautifully with foiled color which you can not see in the image here. But all the darker pink is foil. It’s got a nice thick heavy cover. The interior pages are thick so you shouldn’t have too many issues with bleeding through if you use markers or paints. I’ve only started on one page so far and I used color pencil. The pencil glides smoothly across the page and that makes it feel nice to the touch.
As you can see I am not completely finished. But I wanted to start and see how smooth the pencil went on. With the smooth texture you can easily use smudge techniques and so much more on these pages.
There are so many different animals and foliage. There are some double page spreads throughout but the majority of the images are single page images. The pages are printed on front and back. Again because of the thickness of the pages and previous experience on similar thickness these pages should not bleed through if you have gel pens, markers or water color paints. If your paints are too wet or heavier then you might want to test a small section first to make sure.
It’s a great coloring book and you can purchase your copy here.
