In this new hardcover book, great for gift-giving and family sharing, readers will learn more from Bob, Larry, and other friends such as Princess Petunia, Junior Asparagus, and Lyle! Stories included:

  • LarryBoy and the Mudslingers
  • Listen Up, Larry

Who doesn’t love Veggie Tales? ZonderKidz and Big Idea have put together some fun I Can Read books with some of our favorite and best loved Veggie Characters. This 3-in-1 book starts us off with Junior heading out for some pirate training with everyone’s favorite pirate crew “The Pirates Who Don’t Do Anything” in Pirate in Pirates, Mess Detectives and a Superhero Review @DiannaAuton.comTraining.  Then here comes LarryBoy sharing an adventure of how to deal with being mad in LarryBoy and the Mudslingers. Finally we watch as the Mess Detectives teach us about the importance of listening in Listen Up, Larry.

This book is a lot of fun and it is very easy to read (Level 1). There are lots of colorful picture and are great for reading to your child or allowing your child to read to you before bed time. The thing we loved about this book is that there are three stories in one book with some of our all time favorite characters. I mean who doesn’t love talking veggies?

From the mouth of my 8 year old daughter:

It’s cool and funny! I like it.

It’s hard back and priced at $8.74 at ChristianBook.com. It releases in stores on March 7th. Put it on your child’s reading list. You’ll be glad you did.
